Hillary Clinton Praises Latin America for Electing Women Presidents

WASHINGTON, DC -- Hillary Clinton helped launch a Washington, D.C. think tank's new center focused on Latin American women leaders with a suggestion the U.S. take a cue from its southern neighbors on electing women presidents.

"It may be predictable for me to say this, but there's a lot we can learn from Latin America's success at electing women presidents," said Clinton, who if elected could be the first woman to serve as president of the U.S.

Latin America's election of women presidents - from Isabel Peron of Argentina to Dilma Rousseff in Brazil _ in Latin America has drawn much attention, along with the rise of women to other political offices in a region often stamped with a "machismo" culture.

Clinton's remarks were part of an official launch of a Latin American Women's Leadership initiative by The Atlantic Council's Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center. The council is a think tank focused on international affairs.

for.

$15.03 billion for procurement of aircraft, missiles, weapons, combat vehicles, and ammunition

Prohibiting funds to aid the Palestinian Authority or other Palestinian political entities

Appropriating $4.45 billion for the Foreign Military Financing Program, including $2.34 billion for Israel; $1.3 billion for Egypt; $216 million for Jordan; and $90 million for Columbia.

Prohibiting any use of the funds for direct financial support to Saudi Arabia, Cuba, Libya, North Korea, Iran or Syria <- This one is very interesting as he has gone against his own vote here on the campaign trail.

Prohibiting the use of funds to pay for abortions as a method of family planning

So when he voted yea on each of those it was in support of women? Seems that funding wars and the militaries of other countries is Sanders path.

Clinton wants to be assotiated with. That could turn into another round of "What is DINO-Debbie doing at the DNC?" and "Why do you invoke 9/11 to justify your corporate donors?" and last but not least: "You gave Bush cover for fucking up Iraq to the point of ISIS!"
