Can the RNC be Charged with Kidnapping based on FL Law?

I was over at this site
http://www.dailypaul.com/252386/ben-swann-did-rnc-scripted-rules-change-start-a-civil-war-in-the-republican-party
Reading the comments about the article that was posted and one of the commenters posted this

"Funny thing with the kidnapping definition - It looks like they just substantially changed the federal statute for kidnapping in the federal penal code

Also the Florida kidnapping and false imprisonment statute is interesting:
"787.01?Kidnapping; kidnapping of child under age 13, aggravating circumstances.—
(1)(a)?The term “kidnapping” means forcibly, secretly, or by threat confining, abducting, or imprisoning another person against her or his will and without lawful authority, with intent to:
1.?Hold for ransom or reward or as a shield or hostage.
2.?Commit or facilitate commission of any felony.
3.?Inflict bodily harm upon or to terrorize the victim or another person.
4.?Interfere with the performance of any governmental or political function.
"

They have the video proof that the RNC did infact "Interfere with a political function"

I would love to see John Boner doing the perp walk in handcuffs being escorted off the house floor

If I were a Ron Paul admirer, I would protest by refusing to vote for Romney in November. JDPriestly Sep 2012 #6

Have you seen the Video of JohnBoner taking a vote on the changes to rules at the RNC Convention
The results were scripted as in no matter what the vote was he was going to read the "the yays have it"

It was not a true vote it was rigged and it was caught on tape

The Republicans Kidnapped their own Political Function
I guess it's not a "who" so much as it is a "what"

I'm unclear who was being confined, abducted or imprisoned against his or her will?

but it seems like

Ron Paul won a few votes but not enough to beat Mitt.

The RNC convention decided they didn't want to rain on Mitts Parade, so when it came time to read those votes, they either cut the mike or just didn't say them.

Then they decided to change the law so they were allowed to through out any votes they didn't want.

They had one of the main opposing voters from that plan on a bus, Now I don't know why they were on the bus, maybe just to get there. But they drove them and other delegates around the convention couple of times but refused to stop to let them out and even drove away, or so the article I read states.

THen they had the vote without those delegates being there.

It was still a very questionable vote as Boehner was reading off a teleprompter that said "the ayes have it." The measure passes without complaint". Even though the people were complaining and louder than the yes votes. They already had the vote won on the prompter, before they took the vote.

So it would appear that some teabaggers just learned what their party is like. They will lie cheat and steal without concern.

I believe the kidnapping questions arise from the bus trip incident.

There is a video somewhere on here that does a good job of explaining what went down. Maybe look over in the video area.
Hope this helps

The person (or persons) who assaulted the CNN employee could fit that definition.
