Poll: Romney Loses RNC Bump

Well, that was quick.
But what about Clint Eastwood’s popularity? A Reuters/Ipsos poll on Saturday showed that Mitt Romney’s bounce in the polls during the Republican National Convention has already evaporated. According to the latest installment of the four-day rolling poll, Romney was ahead of President Obama by two points on Thursday, and then by one point on Friday—but by Saturday, Obama led Romney 44 percent to 43 percent. Romney campaigned in Ohio on Saturday on the first day of the college-football season, saying Obama’s record is “zero and 23 million” since there are an estimated 23 million people out of work or under-employed. Meanwhile, Obama blasted the convention while campaigning in Iowa, calling it a “rerun” and something “you might have watched on black-and-white TV.”

1. All they need is a 'game changer'

Who is going to play Mitt in HBO's movie 4 years from now on?

Won't be exciting but could be a great comedy.

6. The Robotic Liar

Would be a much better title. Tom Cruise as Mitt Romney, Steve Carrell as Paul Ryan, and Justin Timberlake as Rinsed Penis.

2. We had our

'Grand Opening" of our local campaign office today. As we were getting everything in place and ready, we were all chatting. I mentioned that for all the time, expense, speeches and other nonsense over FOUR days, there was not ONE policy explained. No details, no elaboration, no vision, nothing. We know nothing about what policies he would pursue.

I have to believe that conclave is representative of everything Rmoney does. He does nothing, has no imagination, no creativity, no curiosity. He is barely two dimensional. He is a cardboard cutout.

4. Romney is George Dubya Redux.

"I don't have to accept your numbers."

That's a direct quote of George W Bush from a debate he had with Al Gore in 2000.
I never forgot it.
Because it was insane, Gore had been quoting numbers given by the GAO, which is bipartisan.

Romney is going to lie out of his filthy piehole every time he opens it.
