(337 posts)Seriously though, I thought she did a good job. Strong, "it's a team effort" speech, which probably resonated well with those in attendance.

(10,406 posts)I loved everything she had to say....especially about supporting Democrats up and down the ticket! She was fired up about the damages the GOP has done to America and what it's going to take to make sure the GOP doesn't manipulate their twisted agenda front and center again.

(17,663 posts)She looked fired up and the panel afterwards, featuring Ron Christie, Karen Tumulty, and a Dem guy were all musing about how everyone was nervous about not "getting the email story behind her" and how this was an attempt to quell that. Frankly, with the GOP it will always be around...however, she really did look great and full of energy.
They said it was sort of like how she got up off the floor in 2008 and beat Obama in NH(?) did I get that right?
They also speculated that she would be taking the gloves off more...which makes sense...after Labor Day, things get back to
"normal."
I hope she continues using very strong language against the GOP...it's invigorating!!!
When she is ON....she is really on!
