Today Paglia trains her devastating insight and wit on the rest of the GOP field look out Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Jeb Bush. She also has some surprising thoughts on why Hillary Clinton will not be the Democratic nominee and why it would be unwise for Democrats to overlook the appeal of Scott Walker.Catch up with the first two parts of our interview here and here.

I found this Camille Paglia's take on the Democratic primary and her evaluation of the Republican candidates pretty interesting. I don't necessarily agree with some of what she says regarding the dems. She seems overly dismissive of Bernie Sanders and very hard on Clinton (unfairly so, imo), but i thought what she said about the debates (regarding O'Malley getting a chance to shine) and the possibility of Biden running could very well happen.
Thoughts?

(11,804 posts)Liberals think of themselves as very open-minded, but thats simply not true! Liberalism has sadly become a knee-jerk ideology, with people barricaded in their comfortable little cells. They think that their views are the only rational ones, and everyone else is not only evil but financed by the Koch brothers. Its so simplistic!
She also apparently buys the recent fraudulent planned parenthood videos.

(248 posts)And i whole-heartedly disagree with her. She could make the exact same case about right-wingers and their ignorance/rejection of facts and their conspiracies that every liberal is secretly being funded by George Soros & Bill Ayers. I posted about this particular article because of its relevance to the dem primaries and how the dynamic could change due to the debates & the possibility of new dems entering the race.
