Tonight's SOTU - is it possible President Obama is going to go after capital gains?

It's been my dad's mantra for years to wonder why capital gains aren't taxed at the same rate as earned income. Is tonight the night that starts to end?

He wants campaign donations from the investor class but he'll make some populist noises.
