Major headaches for Tampa and Charlotte at upcoming conventions because of concealed weapons laws.

1. This story reminded me

of the horrors at the Reprehensible convention where Amy Goodman got harrassed and arrested. Call me chicken, but I wouldn't want to be in either city once the parties start.

3. I think the secret service can pretty much brush those laws aside in a secured zone

If the Secret Service wants to take away your gun, they will do so, for whatever reason they please.

all during the health care dust-up. Honest to God, if ALEC and the NRA would just evaporate, we'd have a damn chance in this country.
