We're going to Iowa City to see President Obama tomorrow (4/25) and expect to see a crowd similar to the one today.

(17,064 posts)... I know quite a few who were Obama voters in 08. There is not the same level of enthusiasm. Many are Ron Paul supporters. Just telling it like it is. Maybe the kids who are voting for the first time are different.

(228 posts)I loved that he injected that into his speech a few times today. Not as a particular religious gesture but rather as an affirmative that he and his audience are on the same page.

The radical (and well funded) right has now done themselves in for a second generation of college students. (Considering college student generations in 4-5 year increments.)
