It appears Ted Nugent's violent rhetoric at the NRA convention over the weekend may not be the only problem facing the Romney campaign with their acceptance of his endorsement. Jason Easley at Politicus USA reports that Nugent apparently had a penchant for messing around with underage teenage girls.

And what about all the girls who ran away from home in the sixties and seventies in order to have sex with whoever they wanted, whenever they wanted? Yes, the early 70's were a different time....... And Ted is not alone among musicans of that era in liking "sweet young things".

Thing of it is - He liked 'em real young, and did'nt seem to care who knew, including his own kids. He's always, IMHO, been more showman than musican, and far better with an ensemble than as a solo - but that all came along well behind the braggart asshole self-promotion thing. Any growth - as an artist or human - had pretty well died out by the late 70's. As a thread here backalong stated "Ted Nugent is the biggest asshole in rock - also the 2nd biggest, and the third."

I mean honestly, back then it wasn't uncommon for rock stars to fool around with underage girls (mostly teenagers that threw themselves at the stars). But Nugent went sleazier than most of them by adopting his child dalliance so technically he was fucking his adopted daughter at one point.
