The GOP had "many questions" for Hagel to answer. I'd like to know why THEY avoided one of them!

What was your involvement with ES&S voting machines company and could you explain how that wasn't a conflict of interest when you got elected to the Senate?

This has been discussed many times in the past, and Thom Hartmann is a good example of someone who's done so.

And even some of the net right now has the conspiracy theory that Hagel helped Obama win this election with these connections.

But my question to the Republicans that seemed so hell bent to find some angle to take down Hagel in his confirmation hearings, is WHY did they avoid asking this question, which in my book is the biggest potential problem I have with Hagel being in Obama's administration. Are they afraid of exposing their Karl Rove electronic voting stealing operations?
