Legacy of Reagan, Bush I and Bush II....

Reagan: Kennedy & Scalia; Bush I: Thomas & Beyer; Bush II; Alito & Roberts. What the GOP doesn't destroy, the conservative justices will. Elections come and go; the justices on Supreme Court and their decisions go on for decades.

1. Point taken, but Breyer is a relative liberal,

Appointed by Bill Clinton in '94.
Just as worrisome is how the Repubs have managed to get their appointments to the Appeals and District Courts through, while stalling a high percentage of Clinton and Obama's. only a small number of cases make it to the Sumpreme Court, amNd much of the day to day law is created by the lower courts.

2. Bryer is a liberal and a Clinton appointee

The current court has 2 Reagan, 1 Bush 1, 2 Clinton, 2 Bush 2, and 2 Obama appointees. All the liberal wing were appointed by Dems, the entire conservative wing appointed by GOP.

4. scalia/bush- the american joke on the world

America has no credibility when a creature such as scalia can be on the supreme court and a mental midget moron of a war criminal, bush, can be president(with scalia's help)! Enough to shame the human race!
