what the heck is he even talking about?- he's blaming our President for laying out plans that Pres. Obama didn't even mention once in his speech

seems like Marco Rubio is giving a rebuttal to the "What we crazy nutjob republicans think Pres. Obama said" and not to the actual speech itself

10. I really don't like "responses" to SOTU speeches

I find them canned and full of sour grapes and, frankly, depressing to listen to after a rousing SOTU address. What I would really like to see is a genuine off-the-cuff response to the actual speech, not a five-ten minute anti-whoever-the-President-is-screed.
