The guy in the tree at the inauguration that police were unable to remove

They should had gotten him wet with a water hose. He would had wanted to get out of the tree sooner.

1. As a tree sitter that does it to protect them and has been severely injured by the actions of

a security guard I do not concur.

People who climb trees eventually come down. And making him stressed with hypothermia that high up and possible make him fall is counter productive.

He is a dip, especially using that tactic for something not involving tree protection. But he has a right to not be possibly injured and you should re-think your opinion on this. With all due respect, mind you.

3. Other than being a danger to people he might fall on...

He was violating a court order requiring him to stay away from the area. He yells offensive, unhinged anti-abortion tirades. Rachel talked about him on her show.

4. Ever hear of security?

He could have been concealing any type of weapon up there.

6. Considering I have no idea where the tree is, or when the man was in the tree,

or any other detail about it except the police were having a hard time with him, any conclusion I came to would have been a wild guess.
