2. The corporate model sometimes provides a better modus operandi than traditional activities

for the criminal element. And in the US they are sometimes well protected, all is fair in business, war and crime methodology. And if big enough, the gov. will perhaps leave you alone, maybe even give you some money ... And the gov. and corporations are intertwined, so what a deal. And "we the people?" Well they, often get fucked over. Yep, ask the GOP, the experts.
