1. Decisions made in anger are usually bad decisions.

Of course this won't happen.

3. I agree with Madison on this one his point was

Unless you SHOCK this country what gun shots look like on a body the politicians and the NRA ain't going to do shit he also noted it should be up to one or more of the parents of the dead children

4. If you want to re-traumatize surviving victims of such events that's a great idea

Tell me things about post traumatic stress treatment that I don't know.

6. Some people in this country need the shock.

Sometimes that's the only thing that effects change.

8. Maybe but you've neatly avoided the issue of re-traumatizing people.

Anything?

7. I've seen this demonstrated with dead pigs

Lovely gun shows the husband watches. That alone was very gruesome. I suppose it could be done with a mannequin of some kind.

9. And you think a mannequin or bullet ridden pig carcass wouldn't retraumatize

people?

11. In the Sandy Hook case

there is probably not much to show. The murderer churned up the bodies of babies with his automatic rifle and turned them into chum. Photos of victims of violence trigger ptsd in survivors (you didn't have to be there, you only had to know the person who died) that never go away.

12. If not the bodies then how about the blood that must be all over the room. Look at that.

This country really needs to wake up. Like the president stated last night: This could have been any town in this country and any of our children.

13. No. Just no.

No one in Connecticut wants to see that. There is a police car outside my daughters' school this morning. We are a few towns away from Newtown. People in this state are traumatized enough. And the families.
