Remember the conflict of interest for Clarence Thomas?

Will Clarence Thomas Recuse Himself on Health Care Reform?

Following a time-honored Washington tradition of dumping required but embarrassing information on a Friday night before a major holiday, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas finally released the details of his wife's income from her year or so working for the tea party group Liberty Central, which fought President Obama's health care reform law. His new financial disclosure form indicates that his wife, Virginia, who served as Liberty Central's president and CEO, received $150,000 in salary from the group and less than $15,000 in payments from an anti-health care lobbying firm she started.

This needs to be brought up continuously and put pressure on Thomas and his gang.

DU3 has some nice features that I love and had wanted back when we had DU2. Thanks Skinner and whoever put it together

1. Clarence Thomas and Scalia should be forced to recuse themselves........

Alternately, just impeach them and get it over with.

3. Well, he didn't feel he needed to recuse himself with that Monsanto case either, so there!

Clarence Thomas a former Monsanto lawyer did not recuse himself from a pending Supreme Court case against his former boss Monsanto. Clarence Thomas has close ties to Monsantoís interests and worked for the corporation as itís legal counsel for three years, prior to his becoming a Supreme Court judge, yet he refuses to recuse himself on cases involving Monsanto patents and this is in direct violation of federal judicial laws.

5. If Thomas votes against the law as passed, he should be impeached.

The Constitution is clear on this issue.
It would be a fitting end to his dull, dull career.

6. Where are Dem "leaders" on this? Quietly accepting, as usual, it seems...

Or, perhaps, they're down with it.
