California vote by mail, (not absentee), and I expect to be counted before or with the general election. Do not depress us by saying the race is over before opening the envelopes in a runaway race. This does not encourage vote by mail.

We are blessed with so many propositions this year. I took the time to research them and I hope other citizens do the same.

Especially Prop 64! (I know) I never thought I would be 61 before we finally repealed the racist and pure greed driven , (Hearst timber), reasons weed was made a Class 1 felony drug. Reefer madness? Really?? The government has a patent on weed fercrissakes! Ref. US6630507

Sorry to ramble but it was a bad day at work, I had a few at the bar and I came home to utilize my medical card. (He's back!)

But I digress. This ballot is in Wednesdays mailbox!
