I thought of this many times during the debates. She had to fight hate and smut mostly during the General--not her policies.

Clinton says she loves plans and policies. "It was really kind of discouraging running against somebody who has neither."

4. This is what each and every Democrat has to run against: Republicans that have NO plans and NO

no policies - at least, not the kind the average American would want to vote for.

Democrats run on policy and plans. Republicans run against Democrats with smears and lies - and they get a pass each and every time.

All Republicans have to do is call Democratic policies "disastrous, wrong for America, catastrophic, 'librul!!', and job-killing" without giving any specifics to back up their claims (despite the great economy, job-growth, etc., etc.) and they get elected!

This seriously needs to change by having their Democratic opponents call them out on it - over and over again.

And that's oppose everything that democrats do, while demonizing democrats when nothing gets done and everything goes wrong.

7. Well, I meant with 'plan' where they'd like to take the country. But yes, you can see their current

'plan' more of a partisan blueprint on how to win power for doing nothing for the American people.

After all - and they shouldn't get a pass on this, either - the Republican Party is the Party of "do as I say! Not as I do".

5. Yes. I wanted to see her have to work for it.

Despite the mountain of bullshit she's had to work through, she's mostly been able to coast (EDIT: except for the workk of organizing a national campign, which she would do anyway). The only new things Trump brought to this fight were his own baggage, which worked heavily in her favor. The presence of a Trump circus hurts the democratic process.

Clinton has at least remained her classy self.

remaining classy despite the avalanche of fifth and lies hurled at her.

If anything, she rightfully earned her win as our presidential candidate, and she'll earn the privilege of becoming our president and first female president in U.S. history.

But an opponent worthy of her steel would have made her an even better candidate.

10. It's not her fault that there were no "opponent(s) worthy of her steel" this cycle.

Considering her position today, relative to Election Day in 2 weeks, she's at the perfect strength already.

I mourn for the campaign issues that could have been, such as we saw in the Dem primaries.

"Cover" her policy positions by spewing whatever Trump said about them than the words out of her own mouth.
She does have great policies, but was forced to respond to media bulshit.

These things were mentioned in our primaries, but thanks to the man-child the GOP nominated, the MSM had the perfect excuses not to bring them up. Would have cut into their time spent on Twitter, e-mails and sexual assault.

It's been a circus, but it has allowed Clinton to take it easy. Fortunately, she has put her own energy to better use.

Too even thought hey are the ones involved in the editorial decisions to ignore the issues.
Also- sexual assault and pervasive sexism - harassment of working women - IS an issue too. Ignored until Donald make it news.
And take it easy? LOL, I don't think so.
