I lived in Las Vegas for 25 years. Trust me, that purchase didn't matter. The RJ would have endorsed Trump in any year, and even if he had shot people on 5th Avenue. The editorials are always amusing because you'd swear there can't be that degree of hate in the world.

I wish there had been a betting prop on this. Easy pickup. Might have been some stupid odds based on irrelevant trends elsewhere.

7. Review Journal endorsed Sharron Angle over Harry Reid in 2010

That was essentially the senate equivalent of Hillary vs. Trump. Angle was a pure rightwing nutcase. Reid in a midterm was actually very fortunate to draw a wacko like Sharron Angle for his final campaign. He had some real scares in earlier midterms, including a statewide hand recount against John Ensign in 1998.

The RJ has occasionally thrown a bone endorsement to Democrats in local races and to someone like Shelley Berkley in a House race, but that's only when it's an obvious landslide and they are trying to cover their biases and not look ridiculous by backing a big loser. It's a notorious rightwing rag and described as such by every local liberal blogger since those blogs began.
