Democrats sweep last undecided House races

Democrats claimed victory Monday in the final undecided House races of the 2012 election, as President Barack Obama’s party picked up a total of eight seats to narrow the Republican majority.

2. Excellent news! It would have been more had districts not been

gerrymandered to favor the GOP. Ugh! I'm still angry about the 2010 midterms that made this possible.

4. only 24 districts were ticket splitters

Don't know what the distribution of ticket splitters is though. In the old Congress, there were 45 ticket splitting districts.
