Joanne Lauterjung Kelly sends this picture from Yangon, Myanmar, where President Obama visited today. She writes:
The graffiti wall is the artist's second one --- the first one was covered up with black paint by a rival graffiti artist. (Not the government!) When we stopped to take pictures, people honked and waved at us.
His speech at the university today was packed, and I heard that some of the US "handlers" were scolding very famous Burmese people (that they didn't know were famous) because they were cutting the line. Democracy in action, I guess.
