Based on the report on "Up with Chris Hayes" about Andrew Cuomo

I will not support his nomination for President in 2016 or any time after that. Unless the facts change he is out of my >binder<.

There appears to be a Democratic state legislator that just won his election that is intending to caucus with the Republican Party. Cuomo is not taking a stand on this possibly because Cuomo doesn't want the NY state legislature to have a Democratic majority so he can increase his bi-partisan label. All at the expense of important legislation that could be passed with Democrats in power.

3. There seems to be something to this story,

Edit: after having researched and found a few facts, I understand the discomfort of Hayes. I knew he would not just jump on rumors.

Obviously, the fact Cuomo does not say he wants a Democratic Senate is disturbing. I am not sure whether this is because of the motives you suggest he has, but it is disturbing.

6. The case against Cuomo is clear.

He was the NY State Attorney General during the financial crisis in '08 but never launched an investigation or prosecution of anyone on Wall Street.
When he became Governor, he treated Union's as badly as Chris Christie to balence the state's budget on their backs.
He tried to repeal a state surtax on millionaires until Democrats in the state Assembly revolted.
Now, as Chris Hayes pointed out, he didn't lift a finger to help Dems take the state Senate before the election and after the election seems to working against them.
I voted for him two years ago but will never vote for him again.
