This is just making fun of Republicans. "Benghazi" is the moniker of the so-called "scandal", it no longer represents anything to do with the actual events.

Guess I missed the switch. Now I know.

That assertion came from a site in Lebanon, based supposedly on an AFP report. AFP denied it strongly and forced a retraction.

This is just another "fact" that continues to linger (despite being false) because it's become part of the political inflammatory dialogue perpetuated by the rightwing. If it was tweeted or shared on Facebook that does not make it true.

Benghazi is not a scandal... unless you count fabricated distractions as such.
