I think this election broke the Republicans...

They're nutty, of course, but they've revved up the nuttiness ever since last week. You know that one guy in the movies who can't handle pressure and cracks - maybe killing himself or taking others with him? That's the GOP right now. They've cracked. Every one of 'em. It's actually fascinating to watch ... but then you realize these people control part of our government and then it becomes absolutely terrifying.

13. If they hold up SoS, does Clinton get to stay on definitively?

Obviously she might want to step aside, but if the obstructionist assholes hold up her replacement, she might have no choice.

suggesting she'll be there for a long time.

4. It's Really Hard to Believe the Reaction

3% in the popular vote is not that bad a loss and it's pretty close to what the polls predicted. The economy is slowly improving, Obama is personally liked even by many of his opponents, and it's hard to beat an incumbent president. Romney OOH was not well liked even by his own party.

They really must have been living in a dream world.

16. They were going to steal it and they had the Patreaus October surprise, and both were foiled.

Either God was on our side, or a brilliant democratic campaign was one step ahead at all times. It was truly amazing.

6. They are badly bruised...

But whether they are broken or not... we will see in the next election.

If they continue to lose and we continue to gain next time around..... then yeah.. they're broken.

8. Sorry, but if you think that now you are late to the party. These F**kers have been

crazy for a very long time. Lets go back to when "Hot Tub Tom" was in Congress. I know it seems that they have gotten worse, but looking back, maybe not really!

9. You know how at the end of the monster movie it looks like the monster is finally dead

and then the camera pans over to something that indicates that the monster is just unconscious and there'll be a sequel?

It's like that.

The SOB ceased to have a pulse and yet he lived on to bloviate on Fox and do fundraisers for the Loser.

but at least we have a bigger weapon now, and momentum from this election to push into the midterms.

McCain was so disgusting today, I really wanted to hit his repuke head with a mallet

17. I know four closely. Guns are all they're talking about right now.

Better get 'em, insists one of them. He wants an AR-15, because of the 24/7 doomsday prophecies being drilled into his head. He also pees himself if he sees a snake. Any snake. I know, b/c I'm the one who usually rescues and moves the reptile to a new location.

One won't own a gun or his Democratic wife won't let him, don't know. One is a follower of the AR-15 guy and wants a 9mm for protection, but refuses to stockpile food, because he wants to be one of the first to die of starvation if the food supply were disrupted. We all made fun of that inconsistency. And the last one is somewhat of a follower too, but he's only slightly more level headed and only owns hunting guns. He has no plans to buy any more. He actually said if there were gunfire, he'd probably duck and hide.

These guys think I should look up to them as roll models. Seriously.

18. At this particular moment it is pretty nice to see general

not BROAD, but at least general acceptance of the fact, which has existed for a LONG time now, that they are flat lunatics.

It will pass, though.

You see the media DESPERATELY wants to get in line with Benghazi.

It is a good moment, but it won't last.

There WILL be something like Benghazi that they and the "liberal media" will coalesce around and they will be back in the position of effectively controlling the national dialogue.

Consider the Latino vs black gang wars in SoCal. Think they might try tapping into that?

I didn't say it killed them off ... I said it broke them ... as in it broke something inside their heads and now they're even more crazy than they were before the election.

21. They all act like game show hosts, talking to the public like they know what is going on.

But, they haven't got a clue.
That's why they're all running around making accusations about AMbassador Rice, President Obama, and others.

Boehnor is the worst.
"I think the Senate should pass our bill."
"I think the President should compromise with us in the House."
"I think that the tax rates should not be raised for the wealthy."

WHO CARES WHAT YOU THINK, BOEHNOR??
YOUR FUCKING PARTY JUST LOST THE ELECTION LAST WEEK!!

It's all for nothing unless we keep motivated and get our asses to the polls in the mid-terms.
