The Arizona Republic lost subscribers and received a death threat after endorsing Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on Tuesday.

7. This a.m., NPR did an interview with one of the editors...

she said many people have contacted the paper saying they would be cancelling their subscriptions but, as of the time of the interview, no one had done so. She also stated many people having previously cancelled their subscriptions, renewed them.

4. I'm of two minds re AZ Republic - I stopped

my subscription years ago - the Arpaio and Mccain kisses were just too much - this was during the time - Build the dang wall - and Arpaio "Papers Please" - roundup - they fed the crazy and now - like so many others - the crazies are coming home to roost....

I don't imagine subscribing again out of sympathy - but, I did go out of my way yesterday to buy a copy - for my collection -

The threat needs to be dealt with by law enforcement...that is not acceptable....

Make death threats when their local diner stops serving their favorite special. It is almost an automatic reaction for conservatives don't get their way.
