Trump will not be president, PERIOD. And here is why:

Last edited Sun Sep 18, 2016, 09:15 PM - Edit history (1)

First, Hillary Clinton beats Trump on every single measure. She is prepared, thoughtful, and right on all the issues.

Trump is a pathological fraud and liar who on every single measure is fundamentally unfit for the job. Period.

Most importantly, we are ALL going to follow BERNIE and ELIZABETH WARREN'S example, and get out there and CAMPAIGN. That means send in a ten dollar donation. Do a lit drop. Make calls, even from home. Go door to door. Put out a lawn sign. Write a letter to the editor. Send emails, facebook messages, and talk to friends and family. It doesn't take much time or effort. Even just a little bit of time each week helps.

Just do something.

Personally, I have made many small donations and have been out there doing some lit drops and calls. I will do more. Every little bit, even half an hour a week of something, helps.

So get out there an WIN this election for Hillary and ALL Dems.

and a few times I've donated after Trump has said something particularly vile.

My lawn sign was stolen 20 minutes after I put it up.

I wear a Hillary t-shirt as often as I can. I get a lot of smiles and a few scowls.

The important thing is to remember to vote on Taco Tuesday and make sure everyone you know also votes.

No signs, no bumper stickers, no tshirts for us. It would feel like it would being a white northerner Civil Rights worker in the South in the mid-sixties. And I'm too old, too ill and too cowardly.

Only thing I do is talk to strangers about how they feel about violence as first response to disagreement, the FerretTop supporters' MO.

I always vote, always read the voter's guide with the pros and cons arguments, follow news daily since college.

In a way it's good that the Deplorables feel free to display their violence and aversion to civil discourse. Hopefully alot of them will break laws, get caught, get put away and lose the right to vote or carry firearms.

I don't feel I can safely display a Dem bumper sticker or yard sign without someone vandalizing my car or property.

With that being said, everyone in my neighborhood knows which way I lean.

On the plus side, I believe this is the year a lot of Republicans are secretly switching their votes. I think they talk up Trump to their peers but will vote for Hillary in the privacy of the voting booth.

a few Trump signs, not nearly as many as in previous years tho. And no huge 3x5 foot yard sign type deals either. Virtually no Hillary signs. But I think I know why. I have decided I can't put up a Hillary sign in my yard; we are retired, and can't put ourselves at risk for vandalism or worse. These Trump nuts are insane. You don't know what they are capable of. We can't be the only ones who see things this way.

I agree that face to face is the best way to connect with voters but digital media must be part of the game today.

Clearly it doesn't matter to the Republicans or to working clsss white voters. So many people are plugged into their own reality that facts have become meaningless.

There's a very good chance this asshole can win. Make no mistake about it.
