all about and cut away. If viewers are cutting away, M$M loses some $$$$$'s, so they cut to something they think will be more profitable. It's all a numbers game of maximizing profitability for M$M. Good reporting went away when M$M became P&L centers and not just news reporting which used to be a debit to the bottom line.
