is that he's banking on Trump quitting
...or getting impeached (if by some craziness he actually gets elected).
And the GOP would be overjoyed with that outcome.

Trump really didn't choose well in terms of insurance policies.

night on Charlie Rose this was discussed, running through all the bad options for replacement.

Kasich was mentioned, but a problem because the Trump Loyalists (incredible such a person exists) wouldn't vote for him. But what would they do? Don't they despise Hillary more than any Republican?

If they indeed ran Kasich, and there was an October Surprise negative for Hillary, wouldn't he have a chance?

Right now, Trump's chance approaches zero, so I hope he doesn't quit. There was speculation that his talking about the election being rigged could be his face-saving way out.
