when do you reckon they'll call FL for obama-biden?

as i understand, all counties in FL including miami-dade are reporting results in at 100%. this is what the trackers say, anyways. as it stands, obama has a victory margin of about 0.57% with the current numbers. if that falls below 0.5%, FL law demands an automatic recount. it doesn't matter much, because the winner is clear, but i'd like the map filled in! when do you suppose the results will be in? more importantly, do the special ballots they are counting now favour obama? can we expect to stay about 0.5%? it could drag for ages!

cheers and congratulations to america! thank you everyone who voted. this is a win for the globe.

1. Sometime tonight, so probably soon.

On Wednesday afternoon, elections workers continued feeding thousands of pages of ballots into scanning machines and they were not expected to finish until the evening

5. You'll find that I try to provide links to actual news when it's a question of news....

When it's a question of what Freepers see when they look at Obama,...

That's another matter...

10. ah!

that picture is right on! if we voted romney, he would take the plastic crown industry from china and open factories in st. louis and detroit! on top of that, if you were a woman and you wanted to submit your name in to a binder for potential selection at a job with the chance of earning an equal wage should you give up your medical rights, you might get the position with time off to go home and cook dinner before you come back in and finish your shift!

pfft!

11. ehh,

red tape. the governor, the history, the complacency, the overall lagginess. better they take long to count the votes of those who were in line past midnight to cast their ballot than be sloppy about it. look forward to obama fixing the voting process before he leaves his second term.
