1. What is amusing is that now there solution to the loss will be

to double and triple down on all the things that caused them to lose.

9. When you think about it...

if he were more moderate he would have gotten more Democrat votes

and the conservatives were never going to vote for Pres. Obama.
It's like the advisors said - he needed to appeal to the undecideds
in the middle to get their votes - but he didn't

Even if he did try to appeal to the middle - Lyin' Ryan was right
there behind him scarin' them away!

20. I hope that is what they think

Obama won by getting 56% of the moderates.

On most political matters, do you consider yourself:

Liberal
O 86
R 11
% 25

Moderate
O 56
R 41
% 41

Nut Case Right Wing Wack Job
O 17
R 82
% 35

3. It's all handouts and illegal immigrants voting

according to the wing nuts on Yahoo. I pointed out that they can continue to believe that, but in doing so they only ensure they will continue to lose elections.

Or a new electorate.

5. Excellent!

Of course the problem was the "messenger not the message." I pray to dog above they keep believing that tripe. As long as they do - we will keep winning elections and they will keep their steady march to oblivion.

6. The master of flip flops has spoken,,,, and lost

The right are really that stupid, that they cannot figure this out. Let me see- Flip flops, lies, no facts (put me in office and I'll tell you what I stand for) women haters, racists, ignorance for humanity. I can go on and on. America has spoken and we're not going to take the far right bullshit anymore.

8. Like the pitifully untalented kid in the talent show

who can't understand why he lost. Most of them don't live in the world of reality anyway, that's why the can't comprehend losing. They ALWAYS get their way!

What has happened!?!? Surely the black guy didn't beat us TWICE! This can't be in America--we're a white male country!

10. Heard this in a diner today:

A guy paying his bill said to the Latina at the cash register, "Oh, I thought that since Obama won we'd get to pay with food stamps."

I wanted to say, "That kind of assholery is what lost the election for you" - but didn't know if the owner, who was nearby, is a Republican and didn't want to get tossed out.

They really don't think there's anything wrong with the way they behave - they're "good Christians" and "real Americans" in their minds.

19. Well, the spinach and feta omelet is delicious there...

...and mine was just about to come out of the kitchen!

Actually, it worked out okay - the woman at the cash register ignored him, I caught his eye and glared, and the creep went slinking out the door.

Edit: typo

12. All you are doing is coming here and repeating what the right-wing

talking heads are saying on a.m. radio--this particular Santa Claus case having been pushed onto the airwaves by Rush Limbaugh just a couple of hours ago.

Please learn to think for yourself. You'll be happier, I promise.

price tags that give it away every time.

14. So far there are two main themes they think caused their loss

It's Chris Cristie's fault

or

Romney wasn't conservative enough.

Teh Stupid continues to burn.

15. The GOP knows that they cannot win unless they stop the very people they hate.

That's their thing. They simply don't have enough people that agree with their give it to rich, steal from the poor, racist schtick. So they have to find a million little ways to lose 1 million votes.

17. They truly believe...

...that they lost because a majority of the country is lazy and would prefer to collect a welfare check (which won't even cover your food expenses) over a paycheck! All of my conservative friends on Facebook today are expressing these sentiments. This mentality, that "poor people must all be lazy and not want to work", shows that these folks would be clueless when it comes to governing.

18. It was the nonstop continous lying...

then they get called out on it and continue to lie anyway.

Plus: Akin, Mourdoch, Walsh and the like were no help at all. If the Republican party wants to live, the need to ditch people like that along with the tea bagging idiots.

22. I know, it's hard to believe someone could be in such deep denial

It's amazing how much they just don't get it. From RW comments I've seen today, they seem astonished that their wonderful vision and values were rejected. They DO understand that demographics are no longer wall-to-wall lily white, and that brown Spanish speaking people are not going away. But how to win them? How to get women to stop being afraid to carry every pregnancy to full term? How to build even bigger blacker death stars that can wage war in far, far away places? How to convince us to be grateful for the opportunity to work multiple part-time jobs for $4.50/hr?

They seem to think that new, creative scams to repackage their terrible ideas will bring voters back. Ya know, a different color of lipstick on the pig is what's needed.

Amazing simply amazing
