"down time" during the time before the really big speeches...people eating, talking amongst themselves, getting ready for the major attractions later in the day, so maybe that is what we are seeing. I love Harry Reid, Gavin Newson etc...of course I am just sitting on my comfy couch with my feet up...So I am not as tired as I would be if I were a delegate away from home, probably not getting that much sleep, etc. OOOh. Martin O Malley is getting a big cheer now. I think he woke up the crowd.
