Lots of Bernie Delegates In Tears

They know that Bernie wants them to support Hillary, and let's face it, it hurts when you've invested your beliefs and feelings in something and fall short.

But his speech is - hopefully - giving them a path to transition their support for Bernie to supporting Hillary in Nov. He's going on, but most of it is promoting Hillary as being allied with his beliefs. "A significant coming together at the platform committee."

Fingers crossed that this is a turning point for most.

And I want the Sanders voters on our team.

The question is about the BoBs, and no, she doesn't need that particular minority of the electorate to win.

I bet she wants their votes. This election could end up close. We need every vote from every progressive. And that means we need to put aside the primary and move forward.

They are putting their ideology ahead of the nation's needs. They haven't come to terms that they lost. Generally, I'd call it immaturity, not "evil".

The vast majority of Sanders supporters are working for unity now.

And Bernie did all he could to bring us together in his speech tonight.

Please don't be like this.

Idealistic young people involved in politics emotional about the end of their campaign and also losing.

I know how they feel. I felt the same way when McGovern lost.

I am proud of Bernie and proud of all that he and those of us supporting him have accomplished. I hope Bernie and Hillary supporters alike can agree that he gave a fantastic speech tonight.
