Mitch McConnell LOST the vote and Rince Prebus just ignored the Nays

He tried to have an oral vote on selecting McConnell as temporary chair. The Yeas were few, the Nays louder. Prebus was not having any part of it.

who voted nay (but says they were a minority). That he was booed and voted against by a significant bloc is very interesting. They are fractured.
