Indicted for what?

I keep reading this over and over. Hillary will be indicted or should be indicted. But for what?

Having her own email server wasn't the smartest move, but it's not illegal either. Condi Rice and Colin Powell both have used unsecured email accounts for Sec. of State business and some of those emails wound up being classified after they left their positions.

So, what's the deal here? What is there to back up the notion that she should be indicted?

Or are some just hopeful it happens?

Ain’t gonna happen. W didn’t get indicted for lying us into a war, Cheney didn’t get indicted for shooting a guy in the face, Jeb didn’t get indicted for tampering with an election, etc. ad infinitum. Hillary won’t be held accountable for the wishful thinking of the Trump or Sanders campaigns.
