moved in and set up camp at DU? It's like we are running news bureau right out of here. (None of it bearing on actual importance to US citizens to any extent. More like a propaganda outlet is trying to dilute our news around here). Anyone have any thoughts?

(25,699 posts)Not too very long ago, someone used Stormfront to try to attack a Jewish democrat running in our primary, right here in GDP.
I wonder how it is that person is still posting stuff on DU. Especially with all the hides they've earned. It's very strange.
No, I used it to attack the poster who told me, a Jew, to go to stormfront. But hey, Bernie is always the victim I guess.
Womp womp.

(25,699 posts)Their response is to cite Stormfront, with a link. Claiming Stormfront loves Bernie.

Not so much anymore as they moved on to other news sites that don't come with the heavy baggage.
I have much better results on my twitter news accounts.

(84,711 posts)than I do for MSM US Press these days. Those who are here (on site) are pretty much Proven Super Pack,David Brock "Disinfo/Paid Hacks" when one checks their DU Profile and "Mousetracks." They think that swarming the Uninformed is like going on Facebook or Twitter where they think they have some influence. They don't know the DU History and in fact know little of Real History at all.

(10,336 posts)Which is, that right at the crux of this primary, all of a sudden the active posters of "news" are flooding DU with news item after news item, none related to the primary. I just assume it is a distraction ?

(10,336 posts)a small but prolific team who post so many times a day they surely must be on a payroll somewhere.

(146,262 posts)In any case, it's not up to us to decided what other DUers are, in terms of what they post, nor how frequently they post. Assuming that a newish poster who is posting several times a day is a paid poster is not valid. It's just an opinion, based on your own criteria.
We shouldn't be trying to guess what motivates other posters, I think.
