But we know TPM is usually better for Obama than RCP.
People here have been asking lately when Romney's average would come down at RCP and have been hoping it would happen, and now it has.

oddly, they were using Reuters earlier when Willard was ahead, but they aren't including the latest with Obama up 3

If the election was actually tied, you would probably see a +3 Romney lead, at least, at RCP. They do everything they can to make Republicans look good.
