Power or no, Election will go on in Connecticut

Should Hurricane Sandy’s expected long-term and extensive power outages reach into Election Day, elections officials may have to resort to counting paper ballots by hand.

“If they need to be counted by hand, they could,” said Secretary of the State spokesman Av Harris. “It’s not ideal, but you do what you have to do.”

“The election’s happening,” he said.

CT didn't switch until forced to, and then at least only went to scanners, not full on EV machines.

I believe this what Australia, Great Britain and Canada do hand count there Ballots I can be wrong thou...I don't Trust those voting machine anyway...
