Conservative pollster: Nate Silver is wrong because he is ‘thin and effeminate’

Conservative darling Dean Chambers, founder of the website unskewedpolls.com that purports to recalibrate political surveys to rid them of liberal bias, argued that New York Times polling guru Nate Silver cannot be trusted because he is a weak, little girly-man.

In a post for Examiner.com, Chambers sought to discredit Silver’s recent statistical analysis that showed Romney flatlining in the presidential race. Chambers, who rose to prominence by asserting that pollsters were nefariously skewing their results in favor of Democrats, insisted that Silver’s latest finding was more indication of that perceived liberal bias.

How could Chambers tell that Silver is an untrustworthy liberal? His lack of overt masculinity, of course.

“Nate Silver is a man of very small stature, a thin and effeminate man with a soft-sounding voice that sounds almost exactly like the ‘Mr. New Castrati’ voice used by Rush Limbaugh on his program,” Chambers wrote. “In fact, Silver could easily be the poster child for the New Castrati in both image and sound.”

Sore losers are always entertaining. You can depend on them to put on a performance that's colorful, poutie and full of errors.

He is a rather unfortunate looking man himself. However, in this case, his looks have little to do with the ACCURACY of his work.

thank goodness Nate Silver's work speaks for itself. I don't care how he dresses, looks or talks.

The site unskewedpolls.com rejiggers the numbers in MSM polls so that the Republicans come out ahead.
It doesn't seem to matter that his new poll results are completely useless and fake.
As long as they say Republicans are winning they trumpet the results as the only real truth.

Most of the Republican's energies seem to be spent on denying reality.
They let every real world responsibility slide and focus on rationalizing an fantasy reality that pleases them.

It's a strange way to live your life.
Particularly when you are one of the two major parties in the most powerful nation on earth.

It's quite mind boggling that so many important (?) people can be persuaded to live in a world that only idiots and buffoons have lived in heretofore.

That is what people who have no facts use.

I can think of several examples:
"You shouldn't believe Rachel Maddow because she is gay."
"You shouldn't believe Michael Moore because he is fat."
"You shouldn't believe President Obama because he is black."

"You shouldn't let Howard Dean run for president because he screamed." (Totally inflated made-up problem.)

Conservatives can't stand smart people with facts and educations. They have nothing but lies and ad hominem attacks on their side.
