As people foam at the mouth about the "Bernie Blackout" yesterday, I can't help but think....

That everyone who believes it was Hillary & Co. is completely delusional and in need of a tin foil hat. There is no path to victory for Bernie during this election cycle. Clinton and her supporters didn't need to dirty themselves with stupid internet parlor games. There was nothing to gain from it. Todays results were always going to happen- it had NOTHING to do with Facebook groups. Anyone who thinks it did..... I'm sorry but I respectfully disagree 100%.

You know who I think did it?

Republicans. Probably Trumps gang. Who benefits from all this anger in our party? Republicans- specifically Trump. I don't think it's coincidental that for the last several weeks he's managed to work Bernie into his speeches in a favorable fashion. "Poor Bernie."

Tonight he said he feels bad for Bernie and thinks he should run as a third party candidate.

OF COURSE he wants him to do that! Split them Democrat voters right down the middle and what do you have?

All Hail President Trump.

I've been repulsed by the overall tone of this entire election cycle- from all sides. But this? This pitting us against one another?

Classic Republican tactic. They hope to win by making sure we lose our shit.

Not at all unexpected, but sad nonetheless.

What would she have gained from it?
Nothing.
Absolutely nothing. She was already going to win.

rationality, avowed progressive goals. All are discarded in favor of the indulgence of hostility, and in many cases active malice.

there's no way in hell the majority of a democratic forum hates the candidate that the majority of democrats want to be the nominee without rampant tomfoolery.

I've only been lurking for two months and posting for less than that, so maybe I arrived on the wrong website.

Hillary only wins with a lot of voter disenfranchisement and other tricks. Notice that Hillary is a warmonger and wants to bomb innocent Muslim people, is a friend and partner of the Bush family and advocates policies similar to the Bushes and represents Wall Street interests and voted for the bailout of Wall Street using money taken from minorities among others.

When the result of the DOJ investigation comes out, you will see that there was voter suppression.

Clintons are partners of Bushes and used money collected in the name of charity for profiteering though business investments that the defended using trickle down theory.

Hillary voted for Wall Street bailouts, a portion of which went to Goldman Sachs which paid her for speeches. This behavior is shameful and anti-American.

The whole narrative about Clinton's paid trolls mostly comes from an anonymous post on a reddit conspiracy forum! And then the person who apparently posted obscene photos on the bernie groups to get them banned just happened to conveniently "like" Correct the Record on Facebook? Suuuure.

Even though Trumpo is now showing his sympathy for Bernie, so by the twisted general logic of some Sanders supporters (on display right on this thread) Bernie must be Trumpo's willing pawn.

Bernie has been impressive in what he has achieved in this contest, you have to give him that. But bottom line, more are voting for Hillary, and she is all but assured the nomination.
