(11,198 posts)that Obama has banked a lot more early votes in swing states that may be impacted by Sandy -- especially VA and NC. -- than Romney.
If a huge storm causes a power outage or in some other way affects voting, it's probably going to be worse for Romney because he's more reliant on election day voters.
Sure, Obama won't be able to campaign there, but neither will Romney.

(5,901 posts)Their problem is that the contested states affected by Sandy will hit both campaigns -- and Obama's already ahead in most of them. They are delusional. I feel sorry for them because FauxNews is pumping them up that Romney is ahead, so they don't want Obama to "catch up."

They want the storm to be a disaster for two reasons
1) They think it will bring in less votes
2) They want to blame Obama for mishandling the disaster clean-up efforts
