that Obama has banked a lot more early votes in swing states that may be impacted by Sandy -- especially VA and NC. -- than Romney.

If a huge storm causes a power outage or in some other way affects voting, it's probably going to be worse for Romney because he's more reliant on election day voters.

Sure, Obama won't be able to campaign there, but neither will Romney.

Their problem is that the contested states affected by Sandy will hit both campaigns -- and Obama's already ahead in most of them. They are delusional. I feel sorry for them because FauxNews is pumping them up that Romney is ahead, so they don't want Obama to "catch up."

if he could get a chance to act as President, and be treated as such, and get a rally effect, it would be a vast improvement from being treated as a candidate.

They want the economy to be a disaster. They want unemployment to be a disaster.

They want the storm to be a disaster for two reasons

1) They think it will bring in less votes
2) They want to blame Obama for mishandling the disaster clean-up efforts

...they thought it would neutralize enemy troops, but they didn't count on the fact that the deadly gas would affect THEM as well.

Believe me, if a major earthquake struck the West Coast tomorrow and California fell into the ocean wiping out its entire population, conservatives would be dancing with glee.
