Is there a law regarding the last day polls can be made?
I know in Venezuela polls cannot be released, (or conducted, not sure) a week before the elections or closer. Is there a similar law here, say, a day or two before the elections?

Wondering how much longer he will spread his BS, as I've made clear in a previous thread.

After the first debate, stop the polls. All kinds of polls when Romney looked good after the first debate. It's a momentum thing. Keep the appearance of a Romney momentum.

grimmacing at the thought...
we have freedom of thought and expression, which conducting a poll would clearly fall under. |

7. Do 27 out of 40 European countries have no freedom of thought?
|
"Within the EU 27 most countries have a ban on
the publication of opinion polls, ranging from 24 hours to one month prior to voting. Only three countries; Italy, Slovakia and Luxembourg have bans of more than seven days. " http://www.oireachtas.ie/parliament/media/housesoftheoireachtas/libraryresearch/Polling_web.pdf |
