A Car with PA Plates Tosses VA Voter Registration Forms into a Dumpster – & That’s Just for Starters

A Car with PA Plates Tosses VA Voter Registration Forms into a Dumpster – and That’s Just for Starters…

-snip-

Who would drive up to a dumpster on the registration deadline day to throw away completed voter registration forms and why?
The car that drove up was a black Toyota Camry with Pennsylvania license plates.

UPDATE: Sources close to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office are telling me that Strategic Allied Consulting (a GOP consulting firm headed by Nathan Sproul accused of serial voter registration fraud) is involved in this. … Even more interesting. Strategic Allied Consulting shares a Virginia headquarters with two other notables.

This is the same firm that was caught a few weeks ago in Florida:

"A GOP-backed consulting firm may have submitted "hundreds" of faked voter registration forms in Florida, according to the Florida Department of State.

The GOP cut ties with the third party voter registering company Strategic Allied Consultants on Thursday after the Palm Beach County elections supervisor flagged 106 of the firm's registration forms for having similar handwriting, incorrect addresses and incomplete information."

These evil Republicans are trying to chip away and Dem voters. They were caught throwing these registrations away. HOw many times has this happened, and it wasn't caught?

How many other plots have been successful? I'm not just talking about throwing away registrations. How many names have been purged off of the rolls in swing states? Voters will show up to vote and they won't be able to. There will be no recourse.

There was an article a few weeks ago about my state of Iowa. 86,000 Dems have been purged from the rolls. That's 10 percent of Dems. Did that many of us die???? Seriously people---this is really getting quite disgusting!

Please people--check your registration in your state to make sure that you are on it.

The address belongs to HoltzmanVogelJosefiak PLLC, a top RNC law firm headed up by Jill Holtzman Vogel who also now serves as a Virginia State Senator from the 27th District.

The practice areas for the firm, according to their website, include "Election Law", "Lobbying and Government Ethics" and "Tax-Exempt Organizations." Perfect.

According to her law firm bio, managing partner Holtzman Vogel "specializes in ethics, campaign finance and tax exempt organizations. In addition to managing the firm, in February 2004, she was named Chief Counsel of the Republican National Committee. As counsel, she led the national party's legal effort during the 2004 Presidential election."

She was also on the ground for Republicans in Florida when, "During November and December of 2000, she was counsel in the Florida Presidential Recount, acting on behalf of the Bush-Cheney campaign in West Palm Beach and in Osceola County........

decline to prosecute.

I was on the phone all day today & spoke with Sen Jud committee for 1/2 hour, they ran out & got law books & the guy I spoke with was very interested. Sherod Browns office also listened & understood the seriousness of this law & criminal activity.

Senator Leahy & Sanders office were also both interested.

ANyone with a Dem senator on the Judiciary committee should call & demand an explanation as to why nothing is happening.

Sheldon Whitehouse would be nice to have investigating this.

Senate Judiciary Committee: http://www.congress.org/congressorg/directory/committees.tt?commid=sjudi

The FBI also should be called, I hate to talk to them & end up on a list, but I will never get on an airplane again so I may risk the call.

This is from Dec 2012 page 46 "Grant takes on the KKK"

April 1871 Congress approved what was formally named '~ Act to Enforce the Provisions of the FoUrteenth Amendment" but in- formally dubbed the Ku Klux Klan Act. The measure allowed persons deprived of their rights under the Constitution to bring suit in federal courts (rather than state courts). It defined conspiracy to deprive citizens of the equal protection of the laws or prevent citizens from voting, and it permitted the prosecution of such conspiracies in federal courts. It also declared that when the denial of rights was so organized and egregious that it overawed state authorities, or when state authorities connived in the denial, such combinations "shall be deemed a rebellion against the government of the United States." The president was then authorized "to sus- pend the privileges of the writ of habeas corpus, to the end that such rebellion may be overthrown."
THE UW GAVE GRANT the power he sought, but it was up to him to use it. "It is my earnest wish that peace and cheerful obedience to law may prevail throughout the land and that all traces of our late unhappy civil strife may be speedily removed," the president proclaimed after its passage. Yet neither Grant's words nor the legislation did anything to sway Southern racists.

Must be the same incident.

Man Tied To Va. GOP Arrested In Voter Form Destruction

A Pennsylvania man employed by a company working for the Republican Party of Virginia was arrested by investigators from the Rockingham County Sheriff’s office on Thursday and charged with destroying voter registration forms.

Colin Small, a 31-year-old resident of Phoenixville, Pa., worked for Pinpoint, a company hired to register voters on behalf of the Republican Party of Virginia. Prosecutors charged him with four counts of destruction of voter registration applications, eight counts of failing to disclose voter registration applications and one count of obstruction of justice.

Rockingham County Sheriff Bryan Hutcheson’s office said there was no indication that the activity was widespread in their jurisdiction and said the conduct “appears to be limited in nature.” His office said there is a possibility that additional charges may be filed.

Hutcheson’s office began investigating after the manager at a Tuesday Morning store in Harrisonburg, Va., allegedly spotted a man on Monday afternoon throwing eight voter registration forms into a dumpster behind the shopping center where he works.

The Republican Party of Florida paid Sproul’s firm more than $1.3 million, and the RNC used the company for nearly $3million worth of work in Nevada, North Carolina, Colorado and Virginia. All the states are considered to be key for Romney and Democratic President Barack Obama.

Sproul said his company hires temporary workers at $12 to $17 an hour to register Republicans by asking people outside libraries and other public places who they support in the election. If the person supports Romney, the worker asks if the person is registered to vote, and registers them if they are not.

If the person supports Obama, the worker moves on without offering to register the individual to vote, Sproul said.
