1. Would help in New Hampshire especially
|
where Obama is struggling with women.
On a side note, I watched most of the debate on CNN looking at those squiggly lines (their focus group was not neutral, btw, it leaned Republican, imo). The other time they dipped a lot was whenever Ryan brought up the 720 billion dollar "cuts" in Medicare. The lines plunged whenever he did this. I took it as a sign that that lie has been effectively rebutted by Dems. |

4. Joe did a great job but I wish he had pointed out Ryan cosponsored a "personhood" bill.

Last edited Fri Oct 12, 2012, 01:55 PM USA/ET - Edit history (2) This is far, far more radical than many realize. It would not only ban but criminalize abortion and some contraceptives, even in cases of rape, incest, life of the mother - - it would open the door to putting women in jail/on trial when they suffer a miscarriage, forcing them to "prove" it wasn't murder.

I hope Team Obama does more to let women voters know the connection between Todd Akin and Paul Ryan.

6. And even if Mitt shakes the etch-a-sketch, a VP Ryan would be only a heartbeat from the Presidency.
|
Based on his answer and on his radical record, there is no doubt he WOULD impose his views on everyone.

(Yes, Virginia, they are a threat to Roe v. Wade) I get accused of arrogance by some, but, you know, there's this chance that maybe I know what the fuck I'm talking about. I knew this was a crushing part of the debate. The campaign has an ad that hits part of this - I'm creating a you tube viral that hits the whole thing out of the park. I'm done waiting on the campaign people I know and have been trying to work through. I'm done waiting on anything. Time to just fucking do stuff. I know what the fuck I'm doing. |

12. Bidens' answer was he is Pro-life and pro not butting into other peoples' choice with their Doctor
|
Freedom to choose, no chains of over-regulation. Anyone with common sense should want to make their own decision, in private with their Doctor. Stats have shown that birth control prevents millions of abortions. If Republicans and anti-abortion groups really wanted to lower abortions to none they should be using their money to hand out free birth control to all. A big part of the difference is the 'for profit' private medical corps. use federal and state money and do not want that gravy train to stop. keep breeding it's great for business profits. |
