Good luck to both Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders tonight in New Hampshire. Also, I hope that everyone here finds encouragement, no matter what the counts come out. We are all living in a historic era in our nation. More, we are participating in it. Thank you to everyone who is engaged in fighting the Good Fight.
The republican results should be interesting, to a much lesser extent. I hope that we see evidence of a continuing break-down within their party.
Peace,

(16,916 posts)This New Hampshire race has a great national impact, and we each hope that the state steps up and knocks it outta the park for our candidate. I'm confident they will choose well.
Good Luck America!
I hear you! I think we're witnessing a historic shift.

I must say that I like watching Marco Rubio self-destruct.

(23,867 posts)I just read an article discussing how delegates math could favor a tie even if Sanders wins. So your caution to remain positive is warranted on that account alone.
I'm running around trying to keep up. Almost burnt the quinoa for the second night in a row. It's so exciting because we're hoping to improve our lives. It's watching the transformation of a nation in real time. And we're hopefully creating dialog that will promote our goals.
Cheers!

(73,528 posts)I think it is a historic transformation. The Trump part of it is unsettling, although he really is only getting about a third of the republican votes. But the Sanders campaign is showing real power!

(9,314 posts)Bernie gave a wonderful speech, and it was good to know many American voters were hearing his message and seeing his face for the first time. I believe they had to have been impressed.
Peace to you as well, H20 Man

(73,528 posts)The establishment politicians are now fully aware of the beginnings of a significant shift in power, in both parties. Our side offers real hope for social justice. The republicans offer increases in suffering.

Bernie is the perfect vessel at the perfect time, to help lead a movement to transform America. It's happening, now. Bernie's win tonight is the stuff of history books!
