2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumSo, conservatives are upset about the Obama campaign flag shirt
Mike Gallagher on Faux News just accused the Obama campaign of defiling one of our most sacred treasures, the flag.
So if Obama's campaign is full of flag defilers, I have just one question:
When is Romney going to disown Kid Roc?Kid Rock loves him some Mitt Romney, and he's performed at Romney events.

Wearing an actual American flag as a poncho is apparently a-ok, and definitely not disresepctful in any way. Altering the flag's appearance in a pictorial representation, on the other hand, is flag desecration.
Oh, selective outrage. I loves you?

(g) The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.

It gave me a business idea. Conservative porn, tailored to sexually repressed Republican red staters. The movies would always begin with the cast wearing American flag-themed apparel, and "God bless the USA" would play at the end of every movie.

(452 posts)get jobs when they refuse to take personal responsibility for their lives? We don't want to reward dependency. Mitt Romney's sons served too, remember. They served the country in 2007-08 by working on their father's campaign, and that's according to the man himself.
