So, what's the mood in Freeperville?

I'm sensing quiet satisfaction at the Santorum win, not much arguing between Grinchies and Frothites.

There isn't the all-out jizzfest there was for Newt after SC, but there must have been an element of overcompensation in that one - getting behind such a patently flawed candidate required a lot of doublethink, even for them, so they had to work harder to persuade themselves.

Chihuahua Romney - the Magic but ineligible, backstabbing RINO:
"Me. Me. Me.
I am entitled. Me. Me.
I chose. I decide. Me. Me. Me.
BAIN, Marriott, and I already destroyed every single
other potential conservative candidate, and
BAIN and I already PAID everyone in the media
FOR MY nomination.
So, it is MINE. MINE. MINE. "

I read one of their threads about Colorado. It was hilarious, first Santorum had a huge lead and they were ecstatic. Then they counted Denver and Mitt took a brief lead with about 50% of the votes counted, they were devastated and whining. They were saying the fix is in and the vote counts were rigged, it was the Republican establishment cheating for their boy Mitt. It was so funny to read, I didn't stay up to see the final reaction.

Needless to say they are elated that Romney got his clock cleaned yesterday. The far right that is the mainstay of FREEP hates this guy as much as they hate Obama. He gets called a Socialist Left Wing Communist almost every thread there. It's friggin hilarious! There is honestly a large portion of people there who will never ever vote for Mitt Romney even if Obama came out with forced abortions for all, and forced gay marriage as part of his platform for November. The hate for Mitt on the Right is real and it is growing.

His smug face and that smirk that he always has on his face makes me gag. Honestly, he believes that since he was born into wealth that he's entitled. And what's more, he goes after anyone who would dare question him or challenge him. I can't stand the guy. I even like McCain better than Romney, and that's saying a lot.

How would we feel if someone we all knew in our hearts wasn't a true progressive was the presumptive nominee? Could you imagine having to listen to him pander to you night after night and feeling as though you have no other options.

Everybody knows that Romney "deep down" doesn't hate Obama-care

Everybody knows that Romney "deep down" doesn't really care either way about Roe V Wade

Everybody knows that Romney "deep down" looks at the T-Party and southern conservative wing of his party with disdain.

Everybody knows that Romney "deep down" believes in science

Everybody knows that Romney "deep down" believes in the concept of Federalism vs States Rights

About the only thing Romney "deep down" is conservative about is the economy and taxes. And his economic philosophy would most likely crush the white working class the GOP is built on. His economics are the reason we have the 1% vs the 99%. People who think like him are the reason we are in this hole. And they know it.

What a cluster-bomb for conservatives.

Romney patronizes people. This is why he always ultimately fails.

Forced abortions for all? Forced gay marriage? I couldn't stop laughing. It would be fun to put that out there as a suggested platform to see how it is received by the right wing.
