Today's NY Times has a front-page expose on the Trinity Broadcasting Network...
...their "his and hers mansions (Chirch owned) for the founders, lavish personal spending and allegations of fiscal impropriety by a member of the family.
Apparently they're an embarassment to "real" Evangelical pastors...

The term "white trash" often has nothing to do with financial means.
Somebody needs to sue the plastic surgeon for pasting that ass on her face... |

6. Don't forget the TBN peni...pianist, Dino Kartsonakis..
|
He started out with crazy televangelist Kathryn Kuhlman, back in the 70's.
Then he worked with the two assholes in the photo below, before moving on to the Big Time with TBN (which one Xian website calls "The Blasphemy Network.") Oddly, his apparently self-written Wikipedia entry doesn't mention TBN. So I wonder if they had a big blowup or something. And why would I think his Wiki bio is self-written? Because of its very first line: Dino Kartsonakis (born July 20, 1942) is an accomplished sacred pianist of Greek heritage. Accomplished SACRED pianist? He's sacred? Does that mean I'm officially committing blasphemy whenever I refer to him as "a walking Amber Alert" or "the offspring of a one-night stand between Liberace and Keith Richards?" I sure hope so! ![]() |
