3. So, what's the appropriate atheist headgear? Any suggestions?
|
As seen above, the theists already have hats with 3, 4 and infinite corners.
1 corner? (maybe a prussian helmet with that deflection-spike on top?) 2 corners? (maybe a football?) 5? 6? ... fractal? (a metal helmet with a fractal nano-pattern down to atomic level... feasible and nerdy, but might look moronic) |

8. I vote for these:

Cthulhu Fez:
Or for a more casual feel, a Cthulhu baseball cap:
Those aren't stupid headgear, though. Hmm.... |

10. As a costume dsigner...
|
... I love all that ecclesiastical gear. It all has complicated histories.... like all clothing.... but it goes off in a completely different direction from regular clothes. It's like sumptuary court laws on what one can (could) wear at court... something that has almost disappeared except for the church. Where else, outside of Renn. fairs, do you get people still wearing stuff from the 11th century?

22. Anti-Rapture Helmet Mk. II
|
Anti-Rapture Helmet Mark II: Undoubtedly the EAC's most popular piece of hardware, the A-R Helmet MK 2 is guaranteed to prevent any extraneously generated movement by a diety, keeping the wearer firmly on the ground and in touch with reality.
The mark 2 featues a variety of improvements including an auto-timer which will activate the helmet in the event that you should be so surprised by the ascending Christians that you forget to turn yours on. All recent models have been tested in artificially simulated rapture to ensure that no atheist need spend an eternity with the Christians and their god.
