Those are the questions that always scare me. As if the person asking that question would just go on a rampage if they weren't afraid of going to hell.

Vine Deloria Jr. said something similar, but far better. I read him a long time ago. If I understood correctly, his take was that Middle Eastern religions first disable the internal compass, and then hand that person an external compass in the form of a book that they are told to trust instead.
