Its one of my all time favorite quotes. Had to go with it.

Though, to be honest there is no credible evidence that Marcus Aurelius ever actually said that...

I've seen a slightly longer version of that quote that's identical but for an added final sentence: "I am not afraid."

They are all so excellent this week. I finally had to go with Marcus Aurelius because that was the first argument that I ever used to explain why I felt that I should have no worries about renouncing God.

Telling kids that they are going to Hell if they are not good is also so wrong that I would have chosen that one if not for the Aurelius quote.

The majority of us went with Marcus Aurelius over Dawkins!

That means we are going offscript! How are they supposed to paint us all as mindless Dawkin's sheep if we are choosing Aurelius over DAKWINS!1!!
